Get to know me better
Food is my creative outlet. All the vibrancy, colour and flair I'm hesitant to show in person comes out of me on the plate.
I have been a chef since leaving university in 2016 so have nearly a decade of experience in cooking. I trained at the Wyld Cookery School before having worked in different types of kitchens all over the world, including Iceland, France and New Zealand. I have done a MA in Anthropology of Food and I have tutored at the prestigious Orchards Cookery School. But the favourite thing I've done in the food industry is without a doubt private chef work.
I love bringing other people parties to life through food. The collaborative process we go through together of coming up with the perfect menu for your event, and then the day comes and everyone has a great time - there's no greater feeling as a chef.
