Get to know me better

A modern Chef with classical techniques and foundations in food.

I am a passionate Chef with over 10 years experience. I began my career when I was young working whilst still at school in a top London Hotel.

Following this, I completed an apprenticeship at The Savoy in London and worked my way up to Head Chef in top restaurants in the south of England.

Recently, I have been working as a private chef within exclusive households across Europe and Australia. This has included working in Ski Chalets, Yachts and Private Villas. I have catered for a vast range of clients including global business leaders, celebrities and royal families. My time in these roles have also brought many cases where I have had to adapt to various dietary requirements and requests from clients.
