I am a chef specializing in pastry, but have a strong background in all aspects of the kitchen, from casual dining to fine dining.
I am a professional chef with experience of all aspects of the kitchen, and a strong emphasis on pastry and desserts.
I have previously worked within Michelin restaurants and 5 star hotels throughout the north of Scotland, and was a finalist in junior pastry chef of the year.
I am dedicated to ensuring everybody has the perfect evening when enjoying my food and no task is too big or small.
