Working at the Dorchester London to St Tropez , and high-end restaurants all over the UK. I worked for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall as his head chef in Plymouth Devon restaurant.
I then decided to become a private chef and over 3 years I was working in Dubai, France, Austria, and the UK .
I can cook most cuisines of the world, baking, pastries, Any bespoke menu, all allergies, to diet requirements, and can cater for any occasion.
I believe in the best, organic local and well-nurtured breeds, up to date on all diet requirements, allergies and will assist in any special diet.
I have opened many restaurants from scratch so well trained in new projects new openings and any advice in your future projects.
