I spent 3 years at Norwich City College Hotel School gaining my qualifications, during which I was lucky enough to gain a position (at the time )the only michelin restaurant in Norfolk Morston Hall. There I spent 3 wonderful years learning directly both sweet and savoury from Golton Blackeston an amazing chef.
I moved to work on pastry at the Square in london, where I learnt so much.
After a stint back in the Suffolk countryside at The Bildeston crown, I started working the winter seasons in the French Alps in luxury chalets and spent the Summer seasons working on super yachts. Which has been an incredible experience working in some beautiful places and developing my skills and knowledge.
