I’m a professional chef and have been for over twenty years now. I’m classically french trained. I trained and grew up in London working in many restaurants in the capital. In 2002 me and my family moved to Dorset. Charlotte (my wife) and I started off the outside catering business in 2010. We have two kids, Joanna and Kobi I love football, keeping fit and films.
