I am a multi award winning private chef and also Cookbook Author of the Year 2023 specialising in dirty style fun food, and am also apparently seriously good at Mexican and Thai. I take everyday dishes and twist them up, to be fun, playful and tasty, whilst opening your eyes to a whole different take on food.

If fine dining is your thing, then I am not for you. But if you want more casual, fun and relaxed food then I am most certainly for you.
