Chef Marie Richermoz

I am a professional chef for 10 years and am still really passionate about this amazing job. After culinary school in France, I flew to the US to spend a year in a luxury hotel; an experience that make me learn a new language, culture, and a whole new culinary world. Many years of experience in the UK, in Michelin star restaurants to learn from the best people in the industry. I created my own culinary universe with a love for baking and pastry, creating new dishes with foraging and local products but most important making people feel emotion when they are eating.
