I've always been passionate about bringing people together through food. With ten years of culinary experience in Italy and the UK, I've honed my skills in creating simple, traditional dishes that are both delicious and comforting. I've learned that the best meals are often the simplest, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are full of flavor.

I'm excited to share my love of food with you and help you bring joy to your own home. I believe that everyone can cook delicious food, regardless of their experience level. I'm here to guide you every step of the way, from selecting the right ingredients to mastering the perfect technique.

I'm passionate about teaching others to cook because I believe that food is more than just sustenance. It's a way to connect with others, share cultures, and create lasting memories.
