I am an imaginative, passionate and dedicated person with creative flair and strong experience as a Chef in
both high-end Michelin-starred restaurants and as a Personal Chef. Skilled at preparing and presenting
dishes within a range of specialities and delivering the highest of standards. I enjoy creating mouth-watering
dishes that delight my clients and I keep dishes varied at all times. Italian, Mediterranean and Japanese
cuisines lie at my heart and I have an excellent knowledge from working in a private household, being solely
responsible for creating menus that are not only innovative but interesting, tasty and healthy.
