My passion and excitement to make you try the best real Italian food you have ever tried is my driver.
I am Italian from Rome with a big passion for cooking and making people happy at lunch and/or dinner. My dishes are what Italians would eat in their home cooked probably by their mums and typical real Italian restaurants. However my food is quality restaurant without the fuss of a restaurant. In fact, you will not eat as great in a restaurant, lol. Presentation and taste are vital for me and even the most difficult eater will finally love what they are eating with me cooking. Keep it simple however excellent tasteful is my goal.

I learned to cook at...
I learnt to cook through my gran first and then my mum. I cooked for 2 for 4 for 8 for 10 people and in the past I worked as waiter at Hilton hotel.

There is not secret. All my ingredients are very well known , it is just that I used the way they can burst into a flavorful taste
