Hi, my name is Manuel, Italian, 35 year’s old based in London.
After a few experiences in Italy, I moved to London in 2013, where I straight away started my career as a chef in various kitchen, which has been enriching since then. What I have loved the most from working in London was the opportunity that I had to work with such incredible people and chefs from all over the world. I have learned observing how different cultures eat in different ways, which is not either good or bad but just fascinating.
That is why my particular love for Fusion Food, which I try to apply when it comes to designing a menu.
I had the chance to work in some great places in London, discovering and treating the ingredients and the seasonal produce extremely well.
I have also being part and head various Supper concept Dinner, collaborating with some of the best and influent chef in England as Michel Roux Jr (La Gravoche), Emily Roux, Chris King (Langham Hotel), Shay Cooper (The Goring) and Mark Hix, Nigel Haworth (Northcote).
After all those years, being a private chef gives me the possibility to express myself even more and deliver what I think fusion food is. What I aiming to do is to connect with people, trying to build relationships that will take me to understand people's tastes and needs, with the results of delivering something special to each person on every occasion.

various places around the world, however my origin are italian and so far I can still shout that my mum is the best cook at all the times. :-)
