Get to know me better

My style of cooking is led by beautiful seasonal produce and creative uses of circular systems to reduce waste.

I've been a chef for 17 years, I currently have my own bakery and eatery in east London and around that I continue to cook for people around the country.

My cooking relies on seasonality and local supply systems, it lends to a very creative way of cooking where you are careful to make the most of the ingredients that are available to you.

The produce I use is mostly organically grown and nutrient-dense from a series of farms I have built relationships with over time.

The flavours take inspiration from all over while championing British produce, much like my hometown of London, my palate is international.
