I am a professional chef with over 15 years experience in various cuisines including British, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese among others.
I focus mostly on the flavour, and of course also presentation. I am also efficient with timings and catering for a wide range of dietary requirements.
I typically travel to jobs with a waiter to ensure you and your guests get a full restaurant experience in the comfort of your home (or holiday home).
