Imagine that my childhood dream was became a fat pastry chef, fortunately something went wrong and I became a wonderfull and hilarious chef.

From Abruzzo a middle east region of Italy, currently in London(UK).

I never hide his passion for cooking and travel, in fact after his graduation, he worked in several restaurants around Europe becoming part of the large Eataly family, in Istanbul Turkiye, in January 2018 and ending unfortunately during covid 2020

For two consecutive years (2018-2019) I was part of duo Italian Chef, inTurkmenistan during the international week of Italian cuisine in the world.
