I received my culinary education in some of the finest hotels in London and prior to moving back to London I worked in the acclaimed Histoires Restaurant in Paris and had numerous head chef roles in Stockholm. I am French and British by birth and have an appreciation for the great food classics, but I love to incorporate Asian flavours and produce in my food.
