Get to know me better
Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, I am passionate about all things food. We grow our own vegetables, and source meat locally and seasonally.
I am a dedicated precision chef, based in the Cotswolds on a beautiful farm.
The beginning of 2020 brought new opportunities to the fore, and so Private Catering Ltd was born. I am offering an all-encompassing catering company with an overflowing wealth of knowledge and expertise to surpass most.
I have a varied background in food amongst other things. Working with the fabulous Daylesford Organics at the Kingham location in the early days, through to gastro pubs, catering for private shoot parties, weddings and working in prestigious ski resorts around Europe. I also have vast experience within front of house, working in a multitude of locations including Michelin starred Lords of the Manor.
