My culinary journey began in my native Italy, where I learned authentic Italian recipes straight from my grandmothers—who guarded their culinary traditions like family secrets. But Italy was just the beginning. Traveling through Asia and South America expanded my palate, introducing me to bold spices, vibrant street food, and unexpected yet exciting flavor combinations—from the aromatic depth of Thailand’s Tom Yum Goong to the rich smokiness of Argentina’s asado. My cooking style blends these global influences with Italian genuineness, a touch of spice, and an unwavering commitment to sourcing the freshest ingredients from local markets and trusted suppliers.

While I’ve gained professional experience at the Jack Horner pub, my true kitchen training has taken place in my own home. Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours experimenting with friends, pushing culinary boundaries, and crafting unique dishes that transform familiar flavors into something extraordinary.

I may not have cooked for celebrities (yet!), but I make sure every guest receives a celebrity-level dining experience.
