Hi

I am Liza (like lisa with a 'z'). I was an international cabin crew, designated to service the business and first class cabins. Currently, I am a Senior Cabin Crew for British Airways serving the Club class.

I am also the youngest child in my family and all my life I watched my mother who used to cook for colleges and schools as well as my two older sisters who are still running their own restaurants and catering business.

Living in Kent since 2001, I learned to love the local Kentish produce and have been using them in my cooking.

Over the years, I have done so many private dinners and cooking classes on my own and as an ex flight crew, my service and presentations would always be with finesse and style.

Currently, I am teaching as well as holding supper clubs/lunches and dinners organised by the Chequers cookery school in Deal, Kent. I am also doing my own private functions.

If you like the experience of my first class service and enjoy the English produce in the most exotic flavours then I am the one for you.

We chose Liza to make our 10th anniversary extra special. The pre-meal experience was smooth and all correspondence was responded to quickly. On the day itself, she arrived on time and once given a whistle-stop tour of the kitchen (and where everything was kept), she encouraged us to relax whilst she got everything ready. Our young daughter was fascinated by Liza’s efforts to get our dining room set-up, and Liza was kind enough to portion up some food for her to try the next day – a really nice touch! The meal itself was great. Each course was well-presented and Liza was open to answering many of our questions about some of the dishes that we’d never encountered before. We had such an enjoyable evening and that was in no small part to Liza’s cooking and attentiveness. Highly recommended - thanks Liza!

Highest restaurant quality food, served precisely and on time. The Udon noodles brought me closer to God than ive ever been, and the katsu sauce makes all others seem pointless. She was fantastic and couldnt recommend highly enough

Liza was a lovely and friendly Chef and provided us with a delicious Asian meal for our group of hens! Everything was very yummy and cleared away afterward which was a great relief too. Thank you Liza and to your waitress for a lovely evening :)

Liza recently cooked for us for our hen party event. She was brilliant, would highly recommend. The food was delicious and she even saved us the leftovers to us to enjoy the next day :)
