Originally attending law school and quickly realised that my true passion really was with food, not just eating it, but cooking it too. I truly loving feeding people and making them happy.
I took the plunge to start my own catering business and for the past 6 years I have gone on to cook for HM The Queen and her 400 guests at a royal garden party, work with and learn from some of the most talented and experienced Michelin starred chefs in the UK and constantly improve each day.
