Hello, I'm Kevin and have worked in Hospitality for over 25 years. As Chef on the sharp-end of London for most of my career, where I cut my teeth working for Marco Pierre White in the mid 90's and then honed my skills working in iconic London Restaurants such as Le Caprice, Princess Diana's Favourite, Scotts of Mayfair, the Soho House Group and then overseeing 7 Restaurants for the renowned Chef / Restaurateur Mark Hix.
