At present I am working as a freelance chef. I working in various prestigious hotels, restaurants, highland lodges and private dinner parties all over Scotland. I have been cooking for many years with the odd career change as a housing support-worker and as a teacher for 10 years but the kitchen always lures me back. My career has been hard-work but very enjoyable. I am very fortunate as a chef in my younger days as a head chef my team and I had excellent ratings and write ups which led to a place in the michelin guide and gaining rosettes.

My cooking is clean, fresh and well presented. I communicate with diners and their requests and always strive to meet their needs to the best of my ability. My feedback proves it.

I am adaptable and have to work in ma and good with people from all walks of life.

Julian, got in touch with us straight away, and was really accommodating. Food was excellent and he was really professional. This was a special treat and Julian made it everything we hoped for.

Julian arranged the meal with me in advance, using his original proposal as a base. He created a fantastic meal and a number of the diners stated that they were suitably impressed by various aspects of the meal. It was VERY fine dining.
