I’m Joe and I’m a chef originally from London, where I train for 2 years at the De Vere academy of hospitality, before working in multiple restaurants in London. I later moved to the Kent coast, working in restaurants and pubs in the Thanet and Canterbury area. In Kent I enjoyed using the finest local ingredients, foraged goods, local game and fresh fish straight off the boats, a trait that I still have today.

Joseph was amazing! He had great communication in between the booking to the day of the meal. He arrived on time and managed the perfect balance between being around to engage with us whilst giving space for us to chat. I would 100% book again.
