Very experienced chef used to catering for highly demanding clients meeting their every need.

I am a professional chef with vast experience in the UK at top restaurants in London and abroad. The French alps I have ran a five star hotel as head chef and most recently been the sous chef for over a year on the third highest charter priced yacht in the world. I believe travelling and working in different environments has made me able to adapt and deliver in whatever situation is thrown at me.

I trained as an apprentice 16 years ago ina Gastro pub. I then continued my development at brunning and price where I climbed the ranks to CDP quickly
