An approachable person, with diverse skills and a passion for food.

I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in the industry. I trained in a 2 Michelin star restaurant, from there I moved to Australia where I worked in diverse kitchens learning about a range of different cuisines. Since returning to the UK, I have been lucky enough to run kitchens which cater for bespoke healthy vegan dishes for a range of high profile clients in London.

With my extensive knowledge of food I am able to execute any kind of menu you desire, including any dietary requirements you may have.

I like to think of myself as a friendly and approachable person, who enjoys bringing people together with food whether it be in the comfort of your own home, whilst on holiday or any special occasion.

One highlight of my career is being published in a cookbook for my work developing Australian native produce. A big passion of mine is to use locally sourced foods that are in their peak of seasonality.
