I'm a highly driven and passionate chef. Constantly looking to improve my skills and gain knowledge in the culinary world.
I am a professional chef with 14 years experience. I started my career in catering college working as a Commis Chef in Piccolinos Italian then moving to a Pan Asian restaurant gaining knowledge in all forms of Asian cooking over a 4 year period. Since then I have worked in various restaurants providing a wide array of cuisines. I would say my speciality resides in Spanish food although I love to cook anything as long as the ingredients are the freshest and of the highest quality. I have most recently been catering as a team of 2 chefs for the LFC football players when they stay at the Titanic Hotel based in Liverpool for the past 3 years. With a changing menu for each stay and using ingredients that abide by strict diet rules. I love cooking for other people and entertaining so feel creating opportunities to this in a more intimate and personal way would perfectly suit.
