My culinary journey has started in Quglinos with and currys on through different type of environments:Harrods, Clos Maggiore(3 sosette french restaurant) ,Viaganate (Michellin Star),Claridges(Gordon Ramsey).
Work in the restaurants are very demanding and time consuming so I am looking to find a place where i can be same creative with my cooking and have a time for my family what are My second life passion.
