Get to know me better

I put my all into every single dish I cook! I am very passionate when it comes to food and customers

I am a professional chef with plenty of years experience under my belt, ever since I was a young boy I always knew cooking was in my blood and I was destined to be a chef. Straight after I graduated from high school I enrolled into catering college and have never looked back since, whilst studying my catering and hospitality modules at catering college I soon found my first kitchen job at a major steakhouse in Cardiff, whilst having the ability to cook almost any dish I desire, steak and bbq food is where I excel and it is my favourite style of cooking. It’s the way man and food first connected many many years ago, fire and meat you cannot go wrong with the combination of flavours. Since leaving college with a level 3 in catering and hospitality is when I really started to find my feet as a chef moving around different restaurants in Cardiff picking up new skills and making new chef friends along the way, then I moved onto doing some freelance wedding catering so I also have experience cooking on a big scale for 500+ some days. I have since settled in as head chef of the best bistro in Cardiff awarded 3 years in a row and up for the award again next month (the brook bistro). I also run an event in a huge private school for girls in Cardiff (Howells school) serving 2 courses for 150 people bringing my own team of chefs in, prepping all the food and serving it. So as you can see I have plenty of experience in all aspects of the catering world and would love to be able to cook for you and express myself on a plate
