My Catering life spans 3 decades where I have catered for a high proportion of the Worlds Royal Families and Hollywood A listers.
I'm very passionate about my food and use discretion wherever I work. As a sideline I have developed many recipes for people with dementia and in particular "brain food". Giving back a little allows me to mentor, teach and judge for The Springboard Charity.
My cooking palette also allows me to develop recipes for private individuals and large corporations. My training and teaching has allowed me to travel as far as Nigeria to mentor in restaurants and problem solve in business.
