I take huge pride in my presentation and sourcing quality local produce, using what's in season at the time
I have now been a private chef for the last 4 years. I worked my way through the ranks from the age of 16, and Im now 24. Going through every position in the kitchen spending time learning my craft to the best of my ability and which I continue to do to this day. I studied at the Chester Grosvenor for 2 years where I gained my qualification. From there I worked in several high end restaurants, before embarking on my private chef business which I now do full time. this has given me more opportunity to develop my own menus and create my own dishes which I can then share with my clientele.
