Chef Giuseppe Mazzone

G’s Kitchen and Catering is the brainchild of Giuseppe Mazzone. My Italian heritage gave me the inspiration to get interested and involved with cooking at a young age. Helping my family with an array of traditional dishes gave me an appreciation for quality ingredients, well prepared.

Having been Head Chef for many years at various venues around Cambridge. I later took up a career as a freelance Head Chef, covering absences and holidays. This gave me a huge breadth of knowledge and experience in preparing and presenting a whole world of cuisine.

My menu is a reflection of my experience gained using modern and classic techniques. I can also create a plant-based menu.
