Hello, my name is Giovanni and I am 35 years old.

I am a chef with +11 years of experience in fine dining hospitality, and 5 years of focusing my own brand in the private hospitality industry, organising private events, parties and tasting menu experiences for UHNW, HNW families and private individuals.

I currently work for a Royal family, and I had the pleasure of serving the family of Lord Sugar, VIPs and CEOs, but also all types of families and individuals in London, South England, Midlands and furhter north in Scotland.

In 2024 I also organised a private event in Algarve, Portugal.

I started my career in Italy in a 5 star Chalet in Tortoreto, near my hometown Teramo (Abruzzo) and before moving to the UK I learned the basics working in traditional and fine dining hospitality venues locally.

During my +11 years of fine dining experience in the UK, I worked full time in fine dining and Michelin star restaurants, and I also got good results in kitchen management and head chef of a busy gastro wine bar in Clapham, voted by Timeout magazine "Best wine bar in Clapham" during my management.

Lately I met in person chef Salvo Lo Castro (previously chef of the Pope) and Lord Newborough.

One of the chef I worked with chef Danilo Cortellini at the Italian Embassy in London, one of the most influencial chef working outside the "Bel Paese".

I also worked as a freelance chef for luxury restaurants, 5 stars hotels and famous venues like Social Eating House restaurant, Coda restaurant @ Royal Albert Hall, Boulestin restaurant, Advocate restaurant (Private restaurant at Willis Tower Watson), VIP hospitality areas @ Tottenham Hotspur restaurants, Royal Ascot during the Royal week, Gastronhome fine dining restaurant, the Hilton hotel, Berkeley hotel, The Shangri-La hotel @ The Shard and many more.

My cuisine focuses on modern and traditional Italian, Mediterranean, modern British and European, with influences and fusions with world food.

I travel around the world tasting traditional, fine dining and Michelin star food of the countries I visit, while meeting famous chefs, food and drinks producers to expand my knowledge and inspire the dishes served in my private events

I directly import some fine food and drinks directly from countries outside the UK and collaborate with fine food suppliers.

I have also been content creator and 2023 UK brand ambassador of "De Nigris 1889", one of the main balsamic vinegar producers of Italy.

I have been working with Take A Chef for many years now and collected numerous positive reviews.

I put a lot of passion into my work and what I do and the client's satisfaction is my main objective.

We invited Giovanni to cook for us to celebrate my mum's 70th Birthday, he was brilliant! He helped to curate the menu based on our preferences and was extremely accommodating. The food was exquisite. he hosted the meal incredibly well....which really made the evening soo much more special. Whilst we were eating the appetisers, he was making fresh pasta in the background! I cannot recommend Giovanni enough, his food is incredibly good, he really carries the evening well.......was a joy to have him in our home!

Every dish was absolutely delicious, with interesting and delicate flavour combinations, well paced with good portion size (and we are all foodies). The wine pairing was superb. It was the first time Giovanni cooked for us, so I held him back on some suggestions, but next time (and I really hope there will be many more next times) I will have complete trust in whatever he suggests. I could not recommend him more highly.

Chef Nunziata, you contributed to one of the best experiences of my life. You went out your way to make sure my girlfriend and I had the most authentic experience with Italian food and culture. You are extremely knowledgeable about each and every dish you prepare and went out your way to provide us with products that you received straight from Italy. Whenever I need a dish prepared for an event in the UK or wherever you are open to traveling to, I will always coordinate with you. Thank-you for everything! I met a knew friend, chef, and will always support and reference you for others!

A delicious and inspired menu using locally sourced ingredients. Food presentation and taste was spectacular. Giovanni from start to finish provided us with a fabulous dinner . The service was impeccable and his passion for food was clear and wonderful to see and appreciate. Sabrina also deserves mention as was perfect assisting him to ensure our evening was as special as it could be. This experience was fine dining as if in a top restaurant but in our own home and we did not have to lift a finger! Perfect and just what my vision had been to celebrate my husband’s big birthday, Thank you. Surpassed my expectations .

We had absolutely incredible dinner prepared by chef Giovanni - delicious, beautifully presented meals, while having a lovely time with our friends. Everything was flawless. It was our first time having a private chef and we will be definitely booking Giovanni soon again.

I wanted to offer my wife something special for her 30th birthday and invited 10 friends to ours for the party. We never had a private chef and waiters helping with the catering so it was all new for us. From the beginning to the end, Giovanni was flawless. He helped us with the menu and understood the atmosphere we wanted to create. The experience was truly unique; one thing is sure this will not be our last time with Giovanni. He is truly talented and professional. The whole experience was just so relaxing and we could spend all the time with our guests and had to worry about nothing. Truly amazing nothing to fault and an experience you will cherish for the rest of your life!

Absolutely perfect! Giovanni is friendly, professional and amazing at what he does. From first contact he was very quick and easy to communicate with, he adapted the menu to accommodate our guests specific needs and was priced very very reasonably! His passion for his food and his craft was obvious and it was really nice to hear where our food was sourced and the quality of the ingredients he was using. Giovanni was amazing!! He came to our home to cook for my mums 60th birthday. Everything about the food was delicious and you could definitely taste fresh and amazing quality the ingredients were. Giovanni was lovely! Very friendly and professional with great communication before, during and after his service. He adapted his menu to our personal choices and tastes and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Will definitely be booking with him again and if I could recommend any out of the many delicious courses he created, it would be the Scallops ????

Giovanni Nunziata’s food is out of this world. He served a table of 16 women, making allowances for dietary requirements where required and my goodness the food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the tastiest Italian food with a great and personal service.

Chef Giovanni is brilliant! When we first met him we knew we were in for an amazing dining experience. we were amazed at the gourmet masterpieces he made in our own kitchen. Chef Giovanni was great to have around and has a great story behind each dish. Cleanliness and organization were top-notch. Kitchen was left spotless. Food presentation was a work of art. I highly recommend Chef Giovanni - five stars, we will definitely have him around again!

Giovanni was great from start to finish. The communication was fantastic, always happy to ask questions and tweak the menu to suit. He turned up with plenty of time. He also advised us of what each course consisted of and we were kept informed of the timings in between the courses. The food was served beautifully & was delicious. His food was all freshly prepared on arrival, was beautifully presented, and served with a genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a full 'private chef' experience in a professional but comfortable way.
