Hi my name is Giovanni and I am 35 years old.
I currently work for a wide range of private clients, including UHNW and HNW individuals and as chef consultant.
I currently organise private events in London and South England mainly, but I also organised private events internationally (Scotland and Portugal).
I worked full time for Michelin star and fine dining restaurants and as freelance chef, working not only for luxury restaurants, but also 5 stars hotels and famous venues like Social Eating House restaurant, Coda restaurant @ Royal Albert Hall, Boulestin restaurant, Advocate restaurant (Private restaurant at Willis Tower Watson), VIP hospitality areas @ Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Royal Ascot during the Royal week, Gastronhome fine dining restaurant, the Hilton hotel, Berkeley hotel, The Shangri-La hotel @ The Shard and many more.
I have also been head chef of a 2 year in a row best gastro wine bar in Clapham.
My experience focuses on modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, modern British and European, with influences and fusions with world food.
I travel around the world trying traditional and fine dining food of the countries I visit,
