Hi, my name is Gianluca Gennaro and I’m an Italian chef.
I am a professional chef with 13years of experience in the culinary world.
I studied at the school of hospitals in palermo (Sicily).
In 2009 after my diploma I started working for a fine dining restaurant in palermo where we were doing traditional Sicilian food made with different twist of modernity.
After 2 years I decided to leave my city, for a new destination (London).
In London I had chance to work for different kind of cousine.
I have been working for French, Italian and European restaurant with Michelin starred standard.
My idea of cousin is European with Mediterranean base
