I'm a professional chef for 10 years now. I studied culinary arts in Corfu Greece and then I got my Master degree in Athens in High Gastronomy. I won a scholarship graduating from college and I was lucky enough to spend 3 months in Italy learning Italian language ,traditions, culture cooking and working there with locals.

My professional career though wasn't just that , I've worked in Greece in hotels and restaurants until 2017 which I permanently moved in UK . I've worked in one of the most luxurious and well known hotels with Michelin starred restaurant in for more than 6 years. Now I'm managing the kitchen that cooks for the CEO's and directors of one the biggest financial management companies worldwide.

Some of the first places I learned how to cook was Grecotel LUXME Daphnila Bay Dassia and Kontokali Bay Resort and spa both located in Corfu Greece.

I cook the same way I would like to eat. And what I mean with that ; I cook with love and passion, I like tasty food. Simplicity is the key.
