I've had a lifelong passion for cooking, creating, and all things foodie - leading to decades of self-taught + professionally-guided culinary experience (Michelin restaurant kitchen experience/Leith's School of Food and Wine). Work-life experiences across Europe also significantly influence my cooking.
I consider my menus to be elegant and honest, without theatrics, but respecting the sublime colours, flavours and fragrances of ingredients without over-processing. Seasonality of ingredients is important to me and when I can, try to use the organic produce grown in my own kitchen garden if in adequate abundance for my menus.
