Chef Fiorella Roggiero

I am Fiorella Roggiero, I was born in Guayaquil- Ecuador and I’m a profesional chef with 8 years of experience in the culinary world. I Studied at D’GALLIA Institute in Peru. In 2018 I moved to Spain and started my Career as a Chef. Then I’ve been traveling to different countries and learn more about different cultures and start loving the fusion of this cultures so I start creating my own plates . In 2021 I Moved to UK to start working in a Bakery, then i worked in a Michelin star Restaurant and at the moment I’m working part time in an Italian Restaurant while I’m doing catering and selling food/cakes from home.
