I am a dedicated, professional chef of 22 years who trained in high end hotels and bistros before moving into high end stadium catering. My previous roles have been as executive chef at international sports stadia and premiership football stadia. This gives me a unique ability to produce a mixture of the highest quality and volume catering. We offer a fully bespoke service and aren’t tied down to specific menus preferring to work with our clients to produce their ideal meal for their special occasion.
