Federico is originally from south of Italy. His passion for food started since early age. He always loved hanging around his grandmother and mother while they were cooking. After finishing school, Federico decided to join the chefs team at his uncle's restaurant, and that's where his career started. At the age of 20, Federico moved to London and started traveling around the globe. That helped him a lot to open is mind about new cultures, flavours and cooking techniques. After few experience at some London high end restaurants, including Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, Federico decided to start his career as Private Chef. He thinks that is the best way to express his idea of food, and create his own menus. So here he is now, trying to satisfy the most demanding palates!
