I’m Federica, a passionate food enthusiast turned professional chef, based in London’s dynamic culinary scene. My journey began with a love for discovering unique flavors and techniques, leading me to roles in esteemed establishments like the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and The NoMad Hotel.

As a chef, I specialize in modern European, Italian, Mediterranean, and North European cuisines, enhanced with a global palette of spices.

I’ve developed a unique expertise in high-end canapés and bespoke event catering, curating every detail to create unforgettable experiences. From elegant canapé parties and lavish buffets to sophisticated bowl food presentations, I ensure each event reflects the client's vision and elevates their occasion.

My work spans private and corporate clients, including UHNW and HNW individuals and businesses seeking unique culinary experiences.

I design tailored events and offer interactive cooking demonstrations, along with PASTA cooking classes for adults and children, all crafted to inspire and engage.

Hosting SUPPER CLUB across London and Italy has become a true passion, giving me the opportunity to share my love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and artisanal dishes in an intimate, communal setting.
