I am a professional Chef with 20 years of experience. Growing up and working in Italy until the age of 33, then moved to London to expand my knowledge about food and now living and working in Bristol area. Specialized in Italian food (of course), but open to every kind of food, you must try, at least once, my "Risotto" before you die.
