Creative private cook with over 25 years experience catering private villas, chalets, dinner parties, fashion shows, Wakes, 50th’s to name a few.

Trained at Cordon Bleu college doing advanced Cordon bleu and catering. Worked for many high profile clients while living and working abroad and sous cheffed for a Michelin star chef in Chamonix, working at Chalets de Philippe.

Over the years I have learnt many different culinary skills and catered for a wide range of different events, my most prestigious being the Issey Miyake new collection launch party in London, catering canapés for 100.

I love what I do and I work hard to deliver exactly what my clients would like to eat!

Whilst training at Cordon bleu college, I catered directors lunches, worked in Villas in Ibiza & Chalets in the Alps. Worked in Paris sous cheffing.

Mixing interesting flavours, cooking with fresh produce and making use of aromatic herbs.
