Passionate about cooking, I love using high quality ingredients to create the perfect dish.

I'm a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I studied cooking at the culinary institute in Utrecht in the Netherlands and at the Master Chef Academy in Innsbruck, Tyrol, under Master Chef Philip Stohner. I worked as the head chef in a large hotel in the Tyrollean alps and studied further under Michelin starred chef Heinz Winkler in the south of Germany. I travelled to Italy to learn more about southern Italian Seafood cooking and now have specialised in sourdough bread baking in a wood fired oven and outdoor fire cooking in the English countryside of Sussex.
