Chef with over 12 years experience in top kitchens.
I’ve predominantly worked in London throughout my career.
Extensive experience working in 1 & 2 Michelin starred restaurants and I’ve learnt a lot from amazing chefs, friends and role models.
I also have a couple of years experience working privately for UHNWI.
It’s a very different environment and role to working in a restaurant kitchen but has been very rewarding and a fantastic way to challenge yourself and learn beyond the normal confines of restaurant requirements.
I’ve taken on extensive menu planning, a knowledge of different cooking styles, cuisines and techniques, time and resource management, reacting quickly to last minute changes, dietaries and requirements. All while cooking to the highest standard and expectations.
