A passionate chef with an exceptional flair for Italian cuisine and fresh handmade pasta.
The creator and brains behind The Monday Pasta Club. Beginning as a recipe page, it is now a place for sell-out supper clubs, private dining events and the recent publishing of The Monday Pasta Club Book.
For each private dining event, the menu will be meticulously curated to reflect seasonal ingredients and food that celebrates the best local produce from the South-West. Eds culinary style is a tribute to Italian flavours with fresh, handmade pasta often taking centre stage. Working together to develop a bespoke menu that suits each event perfectly ensuring it includes guests favourite dishes and preferences.
With many years of culinary experience honing his skills through diverse roles including a Chef at Gleneagles Townhouse in Edinburgh as well as baking at the renowned cake shop Ahh Toots on the Christmas Steps in Bristol.
