I have been a professional chef for eleven years, working through AA rosette and michelin kitchens, before owning my own smokehouse business. Covid closed us and since then I have been back working in classical french fine dining. I have five children from 9-17 and I am well versed in "fussy eating". I have experience in English, french, German, Thai, Japanese and Americana cuisines, with a good backing in Indian (mostly Guju) and Chinese dishes.
I was also a professional actor for years and enjoy adding the personal touch and some flair into any party I cater.
