I am an artistic chef with a flair for creating new and interesting dishes.
I consider myself an innovative chef and am professionally trained. I have had an International career with quality apprenticeship's and direct kitchen experience in over 1o countries and have travelled around the world with employers continually learning more about the culinary arts and food.I studied City & guilds at Gateshead College in Newcastle and received my Advanced level apprenticeship in professional cookery for hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism and passenger transport while working full time in a highly respectable group of restaurants in Newcastle.I am a dynamic, extremely capable executive chef that has the ability to adjust my sails when and wherever needed and I can guarantee that should you have a position available I would be a valuable asset to your guests’ experience not only culinary related but in terms of having professional & congenial social skills and extensive experience in working as part of a team in a highly pressurised catering environment.
