Chef Despoina Dimopoulou

I am Debbie a chef with 29 years of experience and great passion for great, tasty food. I am really proud for my work. As a Greek mum cooking with fresh ingredients is part of my culture and the joy of my life is to see happy people around my table My mother was my mentor since i was 5 years old. I have strong memories from a kitchen full of fresh ingredients and delicious, tasty meals. After school i choose for my professional studies as a chef two famous culinary schools in Athens. When i finished my training in a big hotel in Crete island i start my career in posh french restaurant in Athens and multiple fancy venues in Athens. The last 6 years i live and work in Manchester. As long as i am here i had the chance to expand my knowledges and my skills and be more committed to offer an original taste of Mediterranean. I love to cook with greek olive oil and products from local suppliers to ensure that the quality and the taste will be always the best. I have many happy customers where i consider as my special guests.
