I'm an authentic Italian Chef from Milan. I call myself an atypical graduate Chef because I have one Master and one Graduation: in "New Technology of Arts" and in "Performing Arts." My dream would be to run a "CinemaRestaurant" where I can organize "DinnerMovieNights," gastronomic experiences that will combine theme menus with great cinema! I also want to be a researcher in Food Studies and Food Art through research and sensory lab.
