I am a professional chef with over ten years of experience within London's top catering companies and restaurants. My preferred field is within catering due to its diverse demands. During my time working in London I acquired a broad culinary knowledge and feel adept with European and Asian cuisine. I have spent years working both large and small scale events from banqueting to champagne and canape receptions. I moved to Mexico to further expand my repertoire and have spent the last year working at the world's top 100 Lorea and restaurant Emilia here in CDMX and working as head chef In Valle de Bravo in an Organic farm to table restaurant.

Lunch - Winter Tabbouleh. Classic Tabbouleh salad with roasted sqaush, flame roasted and marinated peppers and warm spices
Lunch - Fresh tortollinis filled with lobster, ricotta and tarragon in a buttery bisque sauce
Lunch - Kabuli Palaw, tender braised lamb, sweet onion, dried fruits and pistachio with savoury steamed rice
Dinner - Roast shoulder of lamb served with broad beans, a gremolata of parsley and mint, crushed and roasted new potatoes
Dinner - Cassoulet of organic poussin, braised shallots, charlotte potatoes, pomegranate molasses, ginger and mexican oregano
