I am from Glasgow, but moved to Oban several years ago to work with the excellent Scottish produce that we have on offer. Professional chef with over 20 years experience, from luxury hotels to fine restaurants across the globe. working alongside great chefs. Local Scottish produce to Mediterranean, Unami flavours and spices.
